Abhishek Bachchan is currently riding high on the success of his recent release 'The Big Bull'. He is garnering praise for his role in the film. Big B, too, took to his social media accounts and praised his performance. Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan share a great bond and are one of the most-loved father and son duos in Bollywood. Abhishek recently made an appearance on YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia's podcast, and made a surprising revelation. The actor recalled a time when he decided to drop out of college because Big B was going through a rough time.

He added that though he wasn't qualified to help his father in any way, he felt that as a son he should be around him. He said, "Well, truth be told, I left university - I was studying in Boston University. I had declared my major as liberal arts, and then I majored in performing arts. And I left my education because my father was going through this really rough time, financially. He had started this business called ABCL." The actor revealed that after dropping out of college, he started helping him in his company. The actor started as a production boy.

He further revealed that when his father summoned him to his study late at night, to tell him that his movies aren't working out, the business isn't working out, nothing is working out, he decided to go back to basics. Abhishek Bachchan then revealed that the next morning Big B went to Yash Chopra's house and told him, 'Look, I don't have a job, nobody is giving me work anymore, my movies aren't working, and I've come to ask you to please give me a film to work in.'

Big B was offered Mohabbatein around the same time and it did well at the box office. Today, Big B is one of the most popular stars in the industry. Even at 78, Big B is unstoppable! He has many interesting projects in the pipeline. The actor will be seen in Chehre, Goodbye and The Intern.
